Theme Explanation:

To fit the problem statement of "Allowing youths to discover and learn more about our heritage trails", we've decided to niche down to specifically introduce and educate youths on the history of Lau Pa Sat Heritage Trail. 

In order to further "motivate them to explore Lau Pa Sat in person", we hope that through showcasing the various dishes the player serves in the game, youths will be enticed enough to head down to Lau Pa Sat to try out the dishes themselves, while exploring more about the history of the place.
